A Fantastic Day Out for Year 3

All our Year 3 pupils absolutely loved their recent trip to the Catalyst Museum in Widnes. We were all treated to the usual warm welcome from all the staff at the museum before being wowed, inspired and challenged during two workshops. The fantastic light show had the girls jumping over laser beams and ‘seeing’ through objects using thermal imaging while the volcanoes workshop gave them all a great introduction to Earth sciences, looking at different rock types and making fossils. A fantastic day was had by all.
