Wriggly visitors in Reception

This week as part of our topic learning, the girls had some rather small, wriggly visitors…! They were eager to meet several minibeasts bought in by Lyndsay, our Minibeast expert. All the children were given the opportunity to get up close and handle lots of interesting and unusual creatures. This exciting real-life experience really brought their topic learning to life and the girls were fascinated to learn more about scorpions, millipedes and cockroaches to name a few. We can’t wait to share some of the fantastic facts we learnt!
