Being mindful of the challenges facing children in current times there has been a specific focus during Children’s Mental Health Week with the theme of ‘Express Yourself’.
Expressing yourself is about finding ways to share feelings, thoughts, or ideas, through creativity. This could be through art, music, writing and poetry, dance and drama, photography and film, and doing activities that make you feel good.
A series of ‘Top Tips’ are being shared with the girls and they are taking part in a variety of activities aimed at supporting them both now and in the future.
