Leo’s Ladder comes to BPS!

The Lower School were delighted to welcome author, Dee Griffiths, into school as part of their World Book Day celebrations. Dee spent time reading her story within each year group and talked to the girls about alliteration, poster designs and the process of publishing a book.

Dee’s book, ‘Leo’s Ladder’, is based on a young boy named Leo who loves ladders – he’s always wanted one of his very own! When he finds a lovely, long ladder outside his home, he and his parents go on a mission to find its owner.

The girls thoroughly enjoyed listening to the story and going home with their very own signed copy!
