Entry points and admissions procedure
The main entry stages to BPS are Kindergarten and Reception (ages 3–4). While we pride ourselves on small class sizes across the school, occasional places do become available in other year groups.
Admissions procedures vary slightly by age, but the process typically begins with a personal visit – a chance to tour the school, meet staff, and experience our friendly atmosphere first-hand.
- Kindergarten: children are invited to a Stay and Play session.
- Pre-Prep: girls enjoy a Taster Session with their year group.
- Prep: pupils take part in a Taster Day, spending time with a buddy, meeting teachers, joining lessons and activities – and often deciding that the highlight is the delicious lunch!
At every stage, we want families to feel informed, supported and excited about joining the BPS community.
