Literature studies in Year 4

In English, the Year 4 Daisy group analysed the opening of ‘The Fastest Boy in the World’ by Elizabeth Liard and then presented their ideas to the Juniors in a fantastic assembly. ‘The Fastest Boy in the World’ is one of the books that has been nominated for the Carnegie Medal 2015 shortlist. The Carnegie Medal is awarded annually to the writer of an outstanding book for children. The award will be judged on Monday 22 June 2015.
