“Open Wide”

Year 4 had the opportunity to become dental experts on Tuesday 4 July when they were visited by Professor Pretty and two colleagues from The University of Manchester. After a fascinating talk about the structure of the teeth – along with some gruesome pictures – the girls donned their masks and aprons to inspect each other’s mouths. The event was enjoyed by all and the girls talked enthusiastically about the subject matter and the possibility of becoming a dentist themselves one day.
