Tudor Christmas Festivities

4th December 2017

Tudor Christmas festivities at Bramall Hall were enjoyed by Year 4.

The girls wore Tudor cloaks and travelled back in time to join the Davenport family as they prepared for their Christmas celebrations.

As part of the Yuletide festivities in the Hall, the girls made nosegays, played instruments in a minstrel band, performed as part of the mummer’s play and sat at the Christmas feast table with Master William to sing “The Boar’s Head Carol”.

A most informative and enjoyable visit!
